Strength training is a crucial element in your health and fitness program. At TNFT, most of our strength training classes are included in your membership. We offer convenient 10, 25, and 40-minute sessions. Whether you're a seasoned weightlifter or just starting strength training for the first time, our classes offer options for everyone.

Our strength training comes in a variety of formats. We offer bodyweight classes like Bodyweight Burn 25 where you need no equipment except maybe a mat. There are weights classes like Strength 25 and Strength and Cardio 40. We even offer classes with resistance bands and gliding discs.

With a variety of class types, lengths, and equipment, you are sure to find fun and effective workouts that work for you.
