Ritvik Aithal

Introducing Ritvik Aithal, a dedicated embodied mindfulness guide based in Austin, TX. Possessing an ISSA Trainer certification and a Master's degree in Health Behavior, Ritvik specializes in mobility and postural awareness. His training philosophy revolves around the power of little, daily movements—a belief that has guided him since he began his journey as an instructor in 2016. Ritvik’s work focuses on working with senior and corporate-tech individuals, fostering mindfulness and promoting sustainable training methods.

Ritvik's passion for fitness emerged from a personal challenge—he was born with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, a genetic condition impacting his skin and joints. Overcoming the limitations of his condition, Ritvik discovered the transformative impact of intentional and methodical movement. Now, he channels this experience into helping others move with clarity and purpose.

His hero is his 90-year-old grandma, a resilient soul who navigates her senior years with grace and enthusiasm. Ritvik aspires to embody her zest for life and maintain an active lifestyle. Growing up, he honed his endurance through cross-country running, blending breathwork, pacing, and core engagement. Today, Ritvik finds joy in dance cardio and footwork, a natural outlet for self-expression layered with sustainable and transformative techniques.

For those beginning their wellness journey or feeling stuck, Ritvik's message is simple: don't identify with the outcome; work because it's your duty, your dharma. Currently, his personal goal is to hold his breath for 5 minutes and travel to Mount Kailash.

What sets Ritvik apart in his field is his meticulous attention to detail in cueing, guiding individuals to connect with their bodies on a profound level. His signature poses often reflect those of ancient sculptures on indian temples. His signature sayings, on the other hand, might be as simple as a spirited "Whooo!"

Off the fitness floor, Ritvik shares fun facts—he is part of a twin, has a love of nondual philosophy, and enjoys a good riddle. His pump-up song, James Brown’s “Give it Up or Turn It Loose," encapsulates his energetic approach to training.

Join Ritvik on this transformative journey from unclear and in pain to joyous and free-flowing. Let's move well, feel well, and live well together.
