Rosie Cowen

Rosie Cowen is a fitness trainer and mom of three who originally hails from the UK and is now based in picturesque South Lake Tahoe, California. She is on a mission to inspire and transform lives through the power of fitness.

Armed with a collection of prestigious certifications, including NASM Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT), AFAA and SCW Group Fitness Instructor Certification, and TRX, Rosie specializes in an array of formats including bootcamp, strength training, HIIT, running, suspension training, and indoor cycling.

Her training philosophy is succinctly captured in the mantra "Challenge to change," reflecting Rosie's commitment to pushing boundaries for personal growth. In life, Rosie believes in continuous self-improvement, echoing the sentiment that it's not about being better than someone else but striving to be better than the person you were the day before.

Rosie's fitness journey began with solo cardio workouts until a persistent fitness instructor convinced her to try group fitness. Embracing the connection and community spirit, Rosie found her passion in indoor cycling classes during a three-day fitness convention, marking the beginning of her journey as an instructor in 2012.

Her hero, Martin Hollay, exemplifies longevity and passion for life, working as a ski patrolman until the age of 101. Rosie's own pursuits in group fitness, indoor cycling, and outdoor activities reflect her enduring love for an active lifestyle.

Rosie's uniqueness shines through her love for challenge, her can-do attitude, and the sense of community she fosters in her classes. Her signature tagline is "Just say YES."
